NOVA-Antiques.com is a community based site and does not allow the advertisement of any adult content or inappropriate material. We reserve the right to delete, move, or edit any ads, messages, information or materials that we determine, at our sole discretion, to violate the terms of this agreement.  NOVA-Antiques.com does not, and cannot, review all advertisements; information and materials provided by the users and shall not be responsible for any such ads, messages, information and or materials.

NOVA-Antiques.com is not the seller or poster of the items listed in the Classified Ads sections of the site.  Any transaction you enter is solely between you and the seller of the item. As a buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction with a seller when there is an agreement between you and the seller for the purchase of item.  Please use caution, common sense and practice safe trading when using our site.  NOVA-Antiques.com recommends that you use one of the many online escrow services available on line.

Use of the NOVA-Antiques.com website or NOVA-Antiques.com Online Classified will automatically enroll you in our mailing list.  NOVA-Antiques.com collects your personal information when you register for our Online Classified Ads as well as when you visit our other pages and or request information. 

NOVA-Antiques.com does not sell, rent or otherwise give out this information to any third party.  NOVA-Antiques.com uses the personal information, such as email, to send reminders of expiring ads or to advice of changes to our website and or to promote our online Newsletter.
